Free Waiting Time
For pick ups from airports the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the flight actual arrival time, at no extra cost. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage you must make contact to ensure that your driver will wait even after the waiting period has ended. There may be a waiting time charge after the free waiting period has ended. For pick ups from cruise ports, train stations and hotels the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the booked pick up time, at no extra cost.
Vehicle Fleet
Based on the selected trip, you will be shown a list of available vehicles for that trip.
The vehicles range from standard taxi, private sedan or saloon cars , minivans , minibus or Buses.
All vehicles used for the service are fully insured and in excellent condition. All vehicles are non smoking.
Online Updates
You can make changes to your reservations. There is no charges for making updates to your reservation.
How to book
The easiest way to book your airport transfer is via the secure online booking form. After we receive your booking request, the details of the transfer are sent to the transfer service provider who will make the appropriate arrangements. Once they confirm availability, you'll receive an email confirming your booking
Meet and Greet
The driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge holding a sign showing your name. He will help you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. For private airport transfers, transfers from cruise ports and train stations meet and greet service is included in the price.
Flight Monitoring
Your arrival flight will be monitored for delays to ensure that you are not charged for delays or waiting time. If your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated and the driver will arrive at the meeting point at the actual arrival time of your flight. If your flight is cancelled, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Meeting Points
At most airports the pick up point is inside the arrivals lounge of the airport, near the exit gate. For transfers from cruise ports the driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge of the terminal where your ship arrives, and for pick ups from train stations the driver will be waiting at the arrival platform of your train.
Cancellations
You will not be charged for cancellations provided that you cancel at least 48 hours before the booked transfer pick up time. In this case proceed to full refund of the payment made.
In cases where the cancellation is requested within less than 48 hours prior to the start of the transfer service, there will be no place to return the payment
